post treatment - it is good to connect with other survivors.... even if it is a general cancer support group.
that might be an encore program run by the YWCA or an exercise program specifically for those who have been through cancer...
DO you have the Enrich program through Cancer Council in Vic ?
and just because you are post treatment it will not stop the support here on the forum....
