@Romla I've done the Look Good Feel Better workshop. Not really my scene (not a big make-up person and despite no hair people keep telling me how good I look... bizarre) but I did enjoy it. For me I think the benefit will come from the company of people who've gone/are going through it. With four kids, a husband and a father-in-law in the house I get that life goes on. My struggle is internal and emotional. So hard to explain.
