Yep menopause. I am a year on from treatment and still feel like I am going to internally combust sometimes I get so hot. I can't really regulate my body heat and have coat on coat off every hour or so. Mines not getting any better either. Just one of the lucky ones where it drags on. The pain under the arm, the meaty bit that hangs down is where my lymphedema starts. Just massage it when its sore so it doesn't keep swelling on you.
