Hi @Bevvzy, you may be interested in a 'Zonta' breast care cushion, as Jane has mentioned these can be used after surgery to provide some cushioning between your arm and body and may provide some relief for you while this area is still tender. I will send you a PM with the contact details for the Zonta cushion contact person in your state. I have included a link here to our 'Menopause and breast cancer' booklet - this booklet includes some helpful information and tips which may be helpful for managing hot flushes.
