Stats on Thyroid cancer after Breast cancer and chemo

Hi Kerry, I had forgotten all about this possible connection. After being told by the skin specialist that there was a link between breast cancer and thyroid cancer, and low iodine, I went and had an iodine test, and guess what? I have a low iodine level. I am glad I have had a double mastectomy, and will keep a close watch on my thyroid gland. How was your thyroid cancer discovered, and what treatment have you had? Love Chris xx
