Ive got a Goitre too, like Chris. So does my daughter. They were discovered accidentally by our observant GP who noticed them when we were talking to her! I can only see mine if I swallow and stop and feel. We just have an ultra sound every year and a biopsy if there is any change in size. We both have several small ones actually, but thyroid function is normal so apparently nothing to worry about! You reminded me I'm due again!
