Hi Katherine, I didn't have any problems until the 12th week, and that was a bit air-headed and dizzy - not painful. Be sure to take your pre and post medication - it is better to prevent side effects than to fix them. I also found that slices of fresh ginger in green tea, with an arrowroot biscuit, really helped in the mornings - no nausea & ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory. All the best, you can do this. xx
