Hi sheryn. Glad things went well. You may not get nausea at all . I got it slightly had tablets to take and they stopped the nausea in its tracks. As to the ice mittens. I was offered the mittens and refused. I kept all my fingernails. My nails did discolour and some went black but did not fall off. I used nail strengthing nail polish on my nails and toenails. Everyone is different Some ladies had mittens some did not just see how you feel.
