Sore breasts post treatments (lumpectomy)

I haven’t seen oncologist since my pathology results came back all clear in July of last year (2020)
he said that my results were all good and I no longer needed to see him
I have had appointments every 3 months with breast surgeon since diagnosis in January 2020
one year after diagnosis (February) I had a mammogram and since it came back clear
My appointment went to 6 months
I haven’t heard from or have seen breast care nurse in ages and none of these things were offered to me 🤷♀️
