Sore Armpits/Nodes
hello Lovelies...Happy Friday!! does this crap ever end! I’m almost 2 years post treatment...the last couple of weeks I’ve noticed both my armpits are sore even non breast armpit...feels tender and ho...
I just bought this up with my Breast Surgeon on Wednesday. It is six months since my surgery and I am having pain in my nipple and underarm, my scars are nowhere near the pain either. It is sometimes burning, stabbing or aching. Very random.
She said it is quite normal after the surgery and the radiation to have pain but it is always best to check it out. She did a full breast examination and underarms, ouch! Okay as far as she is concerned.
I think it is normal to fret over these things after having endured what we have.
