Sore arm after chemo
Hi everyone
I was just wanting to ask a question. I have just had my 2nd round of FEC and noticed this time my arm is quite sore - right up the whole arm. Very sore to touch, almost like a bruised ...
I got a sore vein from my FEC and have now got a picc line in, it will ensure no more veins get more damaged. It's not particularly painful, they give you a small local anesthetic and is well worth considering. My chemo nurse said FEC was notorious for sore veins. I also agree, you are not a wuss, get it checked out. Good luck.
