Ok, thanks everyone. My chemo was on Tuesday last week so it's been nearly a week and the arm has only been sore the last few days. I don't feel like such a wuss now after your replies as it looks like it could be a sign of something more serious such as a blood clot. I think I will touch base with my onco tomorrow. If it gets worse tonight I'll head to the ER.
