Said goodbye to my little friend on Sunday, aka "Drainie" .So much better without her hanging from my side, getting caught on things etc.....
Now I'm still swollen and bruising comin...

So sorry that you have been upset by this. I think the scans were the scariest part for me. However I just wanted to let you know that they always ask if you have arthritis or have ever broken a bone etc, it's just part of the standard routine. I have had two bone scans, one when I was diagnosed and another one recently (2 years down the track) because of a suspected stress fracture. Both times they did the coloured 3D images also, so I think this is just routine too.
