Oh no it's not about thinking you have metasteses. If they thought that they would tell you as your workup pre surgery would have suggested this.
They currently are doing a trial for early breast cancer now using palbocillib. I've added the link below. She is probably keeping up with all the latest research. ..which is exactly what you want.
