It is actually hard to believe mismanagement at that level. If it wasn't so bloody serious, it could be a comedy skit. I hope that you have documented all of this @arpie as it sounds like something that should affect their certification. Except, who's got the energy - I guess it depends just how angry you are. But @zoffiel is right - you are never going to trust them again with anything so it's best to let your wallet do the walking if you have a suitable alternative. Oooh...but wouldn't you just love to publicly shame them...probably best not to, though.
