Sleep please
I had first round ac chemo Monday and have not managed to sleep much since either night or day - the sleep is really affecting my mood and making the nausea and other side effects worse. I think it’s ...
I was also prescribed Ativan for nausea after the first AC and like Sister, they give me a good nights sleep.
I don't need them now as I don't have nausea. During AC, I seemed to sleep in one and a half hour bursts. When I woke up my nose seemed to be awfully dry, so I uses paw paw cream on a cotton bud which definitely helped with my breathing and I was able to drift off easier.
After the AC finished my sleeping more or less went back to normal, so hang in there.
