Show us your nuts! (Nude nuts that is...)

One of the hurdles I've had throughout this journey has been to show my nude head in public.  But with these hot flushes, it can be so unbearable to have anything on my head, there have been a couple of times (including one today) when I have had to just take the hat off and deploy the hand fan! 

I have found it sickening to go nude in public, and yet a little bit empowering.  So I'm doing it here, before you all.  Here it is!

    Technical help!  Yes, it's me! :)

    Joey's right.  You just need your image uploaded anywhere online (facebook, twitpic, photobucket, flickr will all work).  Copy the image link (ie. where the image is) and then when you make your post/comment, click on the little 'insert image' icon (the tree image) at the top of the comment field, and paste your link where it says 'image URL'.

    Go you, Joey!  :D

    (the other place to go for help if I'm not watching, is the Q&A page (see the top right of every network page just above your pink profile box for the link), and if you can't find what you want there then let me know so I can add it).

    Thanks Tan.  Do you use Photobucket or anything like that?  I use it and when you add a photo to it it creates a link to it. You copy the link, then you click the little pic of the tree as you are creating your post here and paste the link. 

    Clear as mud? 

    There must be some kind of technical help on here LOL!

    Fistrly great photo!! You look great bald, if my head looked like yours I would have been flashing it all over the place lol

    Meow, who's that sexy lady???? how wonderful that u have done that here, I would share mine but I havent lost my hair yet... but when I do I will share with u... Xxx Its completely normal that  u feel this way though...

    You are one gutzy lady!  I found that I felt comfortable going out in public once a little bit of hair grew back. I used to take my hat/scarf off in the staffroom on really hot days when I'd felt comfortable. I work with a great group of people who take me as I come so that made it easier.

    Good luck with it all and am thinking of you. Love the blog "you know you're on chemo..." Kept a lot of us going!
