just have a short question I was stopped the other day for a random breathalyser and I couldn't do it I tried but ran out of breath before he said stop I tried twice more and I ran out of breath...

I was given an emergency card to hand to the ER dept should I ever have troubles and side effects for treatment. I was also told to tell dentists etc I am in Cytotoxic treatment. I imagine being up front and telling police would follow too.
