In response to Brend's comment re blood tests, not all doctors order them, some do order tumour markers, but unless you have a pre-cancer baseline, they're thought to be pretty unreliable.
So many things they don't tell us. Or maybe we miss some of it because we're still focused on the last thing they said. I've been surprised by the level of breast discomfort still. Worse than post op! It's apparently to do with tisue healing after radiation. I don't recall any warning about it.
