Hooray, and about time. What a saga - big cheer for keeping your head through all this. Necrotic fat is a perfectly lovely thought - my lymphoedema therapist once found a lump on my breast scar site, which she was massaging to try and reduce my all too persistent seroma. She didn’t think it was serious but suggested I see my surgeon anyway . Necrotic fat was her guess - charming, just what you need but better than several other alternatives. Turned out I had a seroma - within my seroma. Babushka seromas. The human body is fantastic. Who knew all this stuff? But anything benign we can handle with aplomb. Best wishes.
