Thanks ladies for the great advise on hot flushes & insurance. I will try NRMA & Covermore & see what they say. I am taking magnesium tablets but I might try the powder or spray. The hot flushes are a pain but the alternative is worse. It's not so bad in winter but summer is horrible. Not looking forward to summer at all.
