I am glad there were no ice gloves for me or I wouldn't have been able to use my laptop mouse, I would die! lol
Keep your nails out of the sun and still be careful with them weeks after chemo. I have finger and toenails threatening to lift in parts but so far they are hanging in there. The doctor said it takes weeks and weeks for them to come good so just keep them short and clean and be careful. Oh and they didn't go black, just a sickly looking yellow like nicotine stains. First off I though oh no my kidneys or liver aren't right but blood tests confirm they are AOK and its just the chemo after effects messing with me.
