Make sure that you keep a regular dose of pain relief if you get the muscle and bone pain, take time to rest, and put a "come back another day" sign on your door. If you're off your tucker, keep a bowl of chopped fruit to snack on and keep your mouth moist. It sounds really weird, but I found that a boiled egg made me feel heaps better, must be the protein.
