Recurrence in same breast
Hi all,
I have been looking through the many posts on this site for anyone who has had a local recurrence. My first time around with breast cancer was in 2007 - 9 years ago. I was 51 at the time -...
Logic will win out but in the meantime it is such a roller coaster. For me personally it was a mastectomy straight up with a reconstruction so I am on the better side of it and very happy with the result. Like most of us though you have a heightened awareness of self and as you go through each testing phase you do wonder if they will find something else.
