Tessy when is surgery next friday?? Let us know how you go, looks like my date won't be til March uuugh, I sort of want it out the way now, dont want to think about it anymore. I'll be interested how you find the Diep Flap, I too am having this, had no choice. I think if I could have had a skin sparing mastectomy it would have psychologically felt very different. Oh well the joys of having had it twice LOL but surgery and finito.Heres to good health!!! xo Melinda

i have had my last tissue expander fill and now up to 510... Have no room left to fill,,,,have review on 8 february and hoping to have further surgery to have expander eemoved and implants in...its,been very uncomfortable in Brisbane extreme heat conditions over the past month...have some edema in my armpit where the edge of the expanded is cutting in.....coping well but the anxiety gets to me as well....still I want to return to squad swimming in the duture and not have to worry about prosthetics adloat in the pool....have a great day...
