Reconstruction
Tomorrow, if all goes to plan, I am going to have surgery to start the reconstruction process which will ultimately leave me with a matching pair of new bumps....

- Yes I know what you mean. My last count was 14 over my lifetime for various reasons. Before any surgery when you're usually asked "how many operations have you had?" I usually say "have you got an hour?" Still sending hugs Foxs Lady and talk when you are on the other side. Love Janey xxx

Thanks Janey...........I'm sure it will all go well too. I counted the other day....this will be my 12th general anaesethic....getting to be a veteran eh?

You must be very excited....as you said, one step closer.............
It would be lovely to get to the other side of all of this and look "normal".
Even if we are changed inside, there are so many people who are judged by how we look.
Without a prothesis, we look different.
I'm sure it is all going to be worth it.......at least this part of the journey is by choice.
