Reconstruction
Tomorrow, if all goes to plan, I am going to have surgery to start the reconstruction process which will ultimately leave me with a matching pair of new bumps....

Yes I know what you mean. My last count was 14 over my lifetime for various reasons. Before any surgery when you're usually asked "how many operations have you had?" I usually say "have you got an hour?"
