Hi Emma,
I have had revision surgery, but I did not have implants (my reconstruction surgery was tissue transfer TRAM), I had no drains and recovered quickly. This could however be different in the case of implants. It's a good question for the choosing breast reconstruction group. If you are a member just click on the groups link at the top of the page and pop your question in there, if you aren't a member just ask to join and leave a brief message and one of the admins will join you up.
