@KatherineH you wouldnt be normal if you were not a little anxious. However the nurses carefully monitor you for any adverse reactions. Initially taxol was fine and then progressively I got more fatigued and had some side effects.
Once you get used to it it becomes very normal. The other plus in my case a few ladies and I were seeing the same oncologist so we would run across each other in the waiting room and chemo sessions.
It felt like a sisterhood of sorts. Initially ii is actually fear of the unknown once you are used to it.... well you just turn up and look forward to when it is all finished and you are free.
