Hi Ange I was diagnosed with Pagets Disease of the Nipple in Oct 2011 after having an itchy red nipple and eventually an eczema like rash on the aerola for over 12 months. When I finally went to the G.P. I was treated with an antifungal cream for a few weeks and then sent for a Mammogram and ultrasound, neither of these showed anything up. My G.P. still wasn't satisfied to leave it and sent me to a Dermatologist who did a biopsy and found cancer cells. Then at the end of Nov 2011 I had a Mastectomy with no further treatment. It is a rather rare form of Breast Cancer. All the best.
