Everyone, what is a small change that would significantly improve your experience of the online network? For example, maybe it's something like making tags optional...

As a 'wish list item', A 'how to menu'.. simple things like how to go to your groups.. click user name, profile, groups then choose is an example of something you don't know until you have fiddled around and tripped over it.
A help menu if you like. Many people who come into the network are at varying levels of computer skills and a help menu could lessen any issues that may arise. It can be daunting to learn a new system and I think this would be a great addition to the system.
right next to the posts / groups / members section
