Radiotherapy twice in the same place?

Hi @StarGirl, depends on dose and exact location. Increasing dose by doing radiation in the exact location increases risk of pathological fracture. I have had stereotactic radiation (high dose and high focus) of mets in my pelvis a couple of times - not exact location but adjacent location and only two zaps per location. But they are now reluctant to do more radiation in my pelvis for fracture risk. So this time I had normal radiation a couple of mets in my pelvis, which was lower dose spread over more visits. So it is a possibility. Hope this makes sense.
