  • Got to snap out of this down mood, but just don't know how I'm living up to my name.
@Zoffiel my Stupid reminder alarm forgot to turn it off  so no sleep in. well at least I took my antibiotic. changed the time for tomorrow so sleep in here I come hopefully. It's only 8:30 and I'm in bed already. Sad old life I'm living I can't seem to wait to get into bed at night and I don't want to get up in the morning.
Now I know why I have this grandkid with me he is he reason I need get up these days.
  • The worst thing about radiation was having to go every single day. Thats what I found exhausting. My skin got badly burned even with all the 'good stuff' I used on it and it didnt happen until I had actually finished radiation.
  • Lets all sleep in tomorrow @cranky_granny  Lets declare it national sleep in if you have had cancer day.
  • Thanks @Zoffiel and @fairydust
got dots today, the girls did admire my other tattoo but alas they can't do one like that.
and your right it didn't tickle and it didn't help that I am tender still. But the jab for the CT drip didn't tickle either must have gotten soft in the last month.
I think I'm just a bit down and cranky at the moment might just sleep in tomorrow
  • @cranky_granny I agree compared to chemo radiation wasnt  too bad. I think towards the end I got tired of it dominating my life but overall okay. The only unpleasant thing was getting tattoos ,with me they had  a field day and I had several. Really though they were very quick over in no time. Okay I did have burns but not major.
The good bit was meeting other people going through the same thing. We laughed and joked and brief friendships were made. Best wishes
  • I feel like a cooked chook but compared to chemo, rads isn't too bad. Last treatment today. Yay! I'm tired and I'm burnt but it's done.
