Radiation treatment
So starting radiation tomorrow for 4 weeks. Anyone going through this at the moment?

because I had enormous dog ears after my mastectomy , ( fixed when I had my DIEP reconstruction) I couldn’t use the Mepitel which is the usual thing to stop getting burnt.This was applied by the nurses free of charge at the clinic I went to.
I used the strata x cream but it was not provided by the radiotherapy clinic, I had to but it online.
it’s quite expensive but did the trick for me - I had 28 sessions and my skin was hardly affected at all.
