Hi Chabrittson, Chat to your radiation oncologist. They will make sure everything is as expected. My breast progressively became harder as the weeks went by. I'm now almost one year since finishing radiation and my radiated breast is still lumpy/ hard and feels like premenstrual sore breasts to touch. Keep getting told it's very normal
