I think any of the good organic pure vitamin e creams, in the past I've used a Palmers one, and also used a pure aloe vera gel when it was a hot day or getting a little itchy - kept that one in the fridge. Pharmacist should be able to give you some good advice (and the BC nurses also a good source of info).
