Thanks Paula, I have to find a way to deal with it as I'm not prepared to go off the Arimidex. My diet and bowels are always really spot on. I'm fit and had awesome pelvic floor muscles until now... I'm prepared to try anything that will work though. Seeing the GP Tuesday to see how I'm going. She wanted to send me to emergency to see a Gynie Saturday morning but I had my daughters baby shower and I had 30 people arriving in a few hours time, so as mothers do I took pain killers applied the steroid cream and soldiered on... Thanks for your feedback I'll chat to her about the alternatives??
