This is my first entry here. I was diagnosed with BC in October 2015 - yes, Breast Cancer Awareness month :) Lots of pink around to make me feel like I'm certainly not alone. I'm yet to read entries ...

yes the irony wasn't lost on me. The day after I'd been diagnosed at the screening office, I went to my GP's surgery to have a referral written. Right above and next to the receptionist's desk was rows of pink ladies and posters advertising October Breast Cancer Awareness - it's a little funny now.... The bar you went to must have felt confronting.
I've now had 3 of 25 radio treatments. Mepitel doesn't want to stick. Taking it a day at a time :) Best wishes for your treatment.
