welcome to the forum but sorry you have had to join us.
i had a lumpectomy, 6 months TCH chemo, 33 radio therapy sessions and 12 months herceptin. I am 6 months post treatment now. I worked part time throughout my whole treatment. Chemo was the hardest and I look back now and wonder how I did it as chemo made me very ill. Generally the first week after chemo was a complete write off and then I would work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so I could have a break in between. Like you financially, I had no choice. It definitely takes it out of you and you have to make sure that you rest when you need to. There were times I just had to go home and sleep. Take each day one at a time. Good luck. Karen xox
