You have been through alot already....that's for sure... Make certain you write Fien any questions you have fur the surgeon, you'll be surprised how your mind suddenly goes blank! Secondly I can't stress enough the importance of those excercises! Yes it's slow going, I could only just now get my arm above my head and my first lumpectomy surgery was 14 weeks ago! Good luck with your results...
Take time and listen to your body, don't expect to much of yourself!
