Please suggest me a breast oncologist in Sydney

Dear friends, it's now seven years I had breast cancer. Since then, on hormone therapy treatment. I am having ongoing checkup with my breast surgeon and my breast oncologist, but my breast oncologist doesn't communicate well regarding my treatment. I believe a in a good and communicative well doctor after visiting them a patient should be satisfied.

Please any one can suggest me a breast oncologist in Sydney. I would be very grateful.
  • @Zan ,

    Hi, I just saw this.

I was thinking, you should ask your specialist or GP if she can recommend a good, kind Onc in your area.

I'm sure there must be one without you having to travel right into the city.

I see one at the Mater hospital at North Sydney who is good, but there are many closer to you I'm sure.

    Good luck,

    Cindi x
  • @Zan whoops read your suburb wrong glad Julie could help you out. I attend the nepean cancer care clinic. Bit far from Belmore.
  • Hello@Julez1958
Many thanks, so grateful to you. Don't have enough words of appreciations. Stay blessed.
I will try to make appointment with her at her private practice.
  • Hi @Zan
Dr Rachael Dear of Sydney Oncology is  highly regarded and a great communicator.
She sees public patients at The Kinghorn cancer centre in Darlinghurst and also has a private practice at St Vincent’s Clinic next to St Vincents  Hospital.
  • @Zan if you put your city in the top someone in That area will be able to help you out I know nothing about Brisbane services being from Sydney and surrounds my whole life

  • @cranky_granny I live in Belmore, the suburb is close to CBD.
  • @Zan what part of Sydney are you in. I use my local clinic. Never any big problems there.
