Plantar Fasciitis and socks
Hi ladies, I remembered we had a few ladies saying that they had developed Plantar Fasciitis as a side effect of taking particular medication. I just thought I would post this link to some socks I saw on face book. I have no personal knowledge of whether these work or not and am in no way affiliated with the product, but thought it might just be worth a shot for those that are in discomfort.

- I have Plantar Fascitis and I find wearing these
socks really helps. I wear them to bed or in bed for a few hours and anytime I'm doing lots of walking. I also wear them around the house if I'm doing a lot of walking or standing on the tiles. I find icing my foot with a frozen water bottle or ice pack helps too. I haven't even started meds yet so I'm not looking forward to mine flaring up again. I've just got it manageable sigh.ETA- I got mine at the chemist

- Hi Anne-marie @LITHGOW1950, good question. I had a look and it appears these are Canadian but here is a link to some Aussie socks. Others are available at chemist warehouse. :)

Thanks for that - compression garments are soooo hard to get on so these will help lots of ladies - and they might be good for long-distance travel.
