I have Plantar Fascitis and I find wearing these
socks really helps. I wear them to bed or in bed for a few hours and anytime I'm doing lots of walking. I also wear them around the house if I'm doing a lot of walking or standing on the tiles. I find icing my foot with a frozen water bottle or ice pack helps too. I haven't even started meds yet so I'm not looking forward to mine flaring up again. I've just got it manageable sigh.

ETA- I got mine at the chemist
