Pink Bus & Tamoxifen....

Here's hoping all of you lovely ladies had a great mothers day:):) My 2 Sons & daughter cooked me breakfast, it was really lovely having them all together. I just sat back & lapped it up :):) ~ Pink Bus Outing~ On Saturday the girls from my work asked me to come out for lunch on a Pink Bus through the Swan Valley.. They were fund raising for our aged care facility... So because of me:) they have decided to give half of the money raised to Breast Cancer how Awesome is that... Everyone dressed up in pink & a few games were played...& one where we all changed our names, if we forgot to use our new name or others got caught by using our old ones, we got fined 50 cents, well the tin was full by the end of the day & l was broke.. but all to a good cause:):) My Hubby came a long as well & he was the only man on the bus as 3 other men had pulled out at the last min!! But that didn't stop us from having a great day.. & he won a bottle of liquor wine for putting up with a bus of crazy girls hahaha All the girls from work are Angeles they have been so supportive through my journey... lm so lucky to have them all by my side~~ feeling blessed~~ So now its how & who do l contact to give this money to perhaps this can go in the Beacon:).... I started taking Tamoxifen l was only on it for 3 days & l stopped taking it because l was feeling really sick everyday with really bad hot flushes headache tiredness....l had stomach virus just before l started, I didn't want to feel like this on the outing....l have managed to plucked up the courage to start it again last nite so fingers crossed that it won't cause me any grief this time round, l have an appointment with the Oncologist on thursday for a follow up.....have tried to put a pic up but it won't work for me:( .....take care everyone...
