Could I suggest you "ease"into Tamoxifen?I started by taking a quarter a day for a few days then half a tab for a week and then the whole tab.Check with your doc ofcourse but that's what my oncologist suggested and it helped.If hot flushes are intolerable,there are meds which can help.Best wishes,Tonya xx
