My hands are almost normal, no pain anymore only a slight numbness in a couple of finger tips / nails....a weird feeling.
My feet are improving slowly but I still have a long way to go. I even have it in my right leg up to the thigh, the pain is worse than the numbness for me.
I have been taking Vitamin B12 sub lingual tabs and exercising and I have noticed a big improvement in just a few weeks. It is 6 months post chemo for me.
