@strongtogether - yes it is old, but I am finding it a good read. Perhaps there have been some developments in 20 years, but if lack of developments in chemo regimes haven't changed much (which they don't seem to have) I doubt the treatment and diagnosis of PN has changed either. From what I can gather Oncologists are more about the regime's success rate.
