An interesting post as I am having problem with my heels.I was thinking it’s heel spurs and have changed to more supportive footwear ( Planet shoes) and purchased orthotics for my ASICS which formerly were so comfy - both have helped with the pain.Is quite depressing as I haven’t walked for some weeks .
