I hadn't considered on as a possible reason for my aching feet - I put it down to Letrozole as most of my pn symptoms have long disappeared. I went for a 2 km walk in the beach recently and was in so much pain for the next couple of days that I was thinking twice if I had to walk up the passage. Might have to get a copy of that book.
