I think my doctors are all way too conservative by the sounds of things...
Re: PN At the shack I managed to walk on the beach first thing in the morning wearing only thongs with very little PN. I launched the kayak with bare feet in the ocean with no problem. Got back home at night to a cold house and woke up with the worst I've had.
